Who We Serve

Discreet protection and continuity across generations, institutions, and private lives

Who We Serve

We work with three kinds of client. What they have in common is that a technology failure quickly becomes a confidentiality problem, and that they are usually too small to employ the people who would prevent one.

Family Offices

Small teams, concentrated information, and a council to answer to

A handful of staff hold everything: banking relationships, entity structures, family correspondence, and often the principals' personal technology as well. The exposure is rarely exotic: permissions that grew by accident, a contractor who documented nothing, a household with no controls attached to an office that has them. The part most providers skip is the reporting a family council can actually read.

Law Firms & Trusts

Confidentiality as a professional obligation, and evidence to prove it

Insurers, clients and regulators do not ask whether you take confidentiality seriously. They ask what you have in place and how you know it works: access that follows the matter rather than the job title, a record of who saw what, data in the jurisdictions you agreed, and recovery that has actually been tested. Our part is to make those things true and documented. Judgments about whether you meet an obligation stay with your counsel.

Private Clients and Families

Devices, homes, travel, staff, and what is publicly available about you

Usually the work starts after something has happened: an impersonation attempt, a message that went where it should not have. It is unglamorous: phones and accounts set up properly, separate networks in each residence, fewer of your details available to buy, clear access for household staff, and someone competent to call. You decide what is monitored, and you can see what we see.

How we work, in all three cases

  • Assessment first. Insight is a fixed-fee engagement of two to four weeks that ends in a ranked list of exposures and a plan. You can take it to your existing provider and stop there.
  • Named people, not a desk. The people who would work on your systems are named to you before they start, background-checked, and bound by confidentiality agreements. The same small team stays with you.
  • Your engagement stays yours. No client names, no logos and no engagement references appear in our marketing, and that holds for you as it holds for everyone already with us.
  • Vendor-neutral. We resell nobody's platform. Where a licensed third-party tool is the right answer we select it, integrate it, and show you what it costs.
  • Prices published. The configurator gives indicative starting figures by service, so you can judge the order of magnitude before speaking to anyone.

What we do not claim

We cannot prevent every incident, we cannot make you compliant (that judgment belongs to your counsel and your auditor), and we cannot remove everything about you from the internet. What we commit to is finding where you are exposed, fixing it in an order that makes sense, keeping it that way, and producing evidence that a board, a trustee or a regulator can read. Where we cannot do something, we say so rather than covering it with a service description.
