What We Are For
Our clients hold unusually sensitive information on unusually ordinary technology, and are usually too small for an internal CIO. Our job is to find where that leaves them exposed, fix it in an order that makes sense, keep it that way, and produce evidence a board, a trustee or a regulator can read — without the work itself becoming something else to manage.
Who We Are
Montshield is an independent technology, security and AI practice for family offices, trusts, law firms and private clients — organizations where a technology failure quickly becomes a confidentiality problem. We assess first, then modernize, protect and support. We resell no one else's platform: where a licensed third-party tool is the right answer, we select it, integrate it and tell you what it costs. Framework-aligned practice
Our practices follow ISO/IEC 27001, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls, and adapt to the data-protection rules of the jurisdictions our clients operate in. We hold no certification yet, and say so.
Access kept narrow
Identity-first access, least privilege, encryption in transit and at rest, and a record of what was accessed.
Named, checked people
Everyone who works on client systems is background-checked and bound by confidentiality agreements. The same small team stays with you.
